Home is Harbour Grace: Come Home 2022 Celebrations

The Fairy Tree. Long Harry. The SS Kyle. Amelia Earhart and Peter Easton.

Home is Harbour Grace—this is our story.

The Town of Harbour Grace is excited to be part of Newfoundland & Labrador’s Come Home 2022 celebrations.

Things kickoff on Victoria Day Weekend, with a visit from the 99’s to celebrate the 90th Anniversary of Amelia Earhart’s solo transatlantic flight.

Come Home Week will be held from July 21-31. There’ll be plenty of events, from a production of Ged Blackmore’s Remarkable Story of Harbour Grace, to the 160th Annual Harbour Grace Regatta—and plenty more in-between.

Make sure to keep up to date on our webpage: www.hrgrace.ca/come-home-2022—your one-stop shop for Come Home 2022 updates, notices, and event dates. Like our Come Home 2022 Facebook page @homeisharbourgrace.

Home is Harbour Grace – so why litter? Come Home 2022 gives us a wonderful opportunity to showcase our beautiful town. Please make a special effort to maintain your property this summer (and in the future). Bring an extra bag with you on your walk, or spend a morning cleaning up your neighbourhood. If we all pitch in, Harbour Grace will be a better place.

A community cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, May 14. Stay tuned to our Community Notices page for further details on how to help out.
