Please note: All GPS coordinates are in “decimal degrees” (DD) format. This format is used for common, open-access mapping programs such as Google Maps and Google Earth. For example, a coordinate such as “N 47.70350° / W 053.20061” can be written as “47.70350, -053.20061” in your computer browser, Google Maps, etc., for the correct coordinates. These apps are very useful on the trail if you do not have access to handheld satellite GPS equipment.

RE: Trail Sponsorships for the Pirate’s Path + Quinn’s Loop

Are you a local business looking for promotion? Become a trail sponsor! It’s a great way to advertise and show your support for tourism and recreation in Harbour Grace and the Conception Bay North region.

Sponsorships can be purchased for $30 annually, and every sponsor gets their logo and contact information featured at our trailhead kiosk, next to the map and guestbook box. You’ll also get a featured spot on our trail’s webpage and some neat promotional pieces on the trail’s Facebook page, @piratespathtrail.

Expect hundreds of visitors to see your sponsorship this summer! And all funds raised will be reinvested into the trail for improvements.

To purchased an annual member sponsorship, drop by the Town Office, 112 Water Street, Harbour Grace, NL. Sponsorship cards should follow the template featured below. For more details, email matthewmccarthy@www.hrgrace.ca or call (709)  596-3631 ext. 4.
