
Harbour Grace Registered Heritage District
In 1992 the Harbour Grace Registered Heritage District was established by the Heritage Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Town of Harbour Grace. Located at the end of Water Street, this district was chosen due to its historical importance and attractiveness. Historic structures in the Heritage District include the Immaculate Conception Cathedral, St. Paul’s Church, Ridley Hall Ruins, Ridley Office, Customs House (Conception Bay Museum), Hampshire Cottage (or Garrison House), Rothesay House, the Maples, and the Harbour Grace Courthouse.
